Can I cancel my spot at the trade fair at no cost?
You can cancel without having to pay for the booth until 16 September 2022. If you do so, you will get all your money back, apart from the registration fee. However, if you cancel after 16 September 2022 or fail to show up, you will need to pay the full price for your bookings, as well as any other documented costs sustained by TwK as a result of your cancellation or no-show. Should the trade fair be cancelled for reasons specified in 14 (1) of the Terms and Conditions, you will waive your claim to the reimbursement of the registration fee, as well as part of the fees due to TwK, in the amount of 20% of the total price of all confirmed trade fair space/booth/booth type bookings, as  well as the infrastructure fee.
Will my registration fee be reimbursed if the trade fair is cancelled or I decide not to attend?
The registration fee is non-refundable. It does not matter whether the event was cancelled by the organizer or you decided not to attend.
Why is the registration fee non-refundable?
Your registration fees go toward the early costs of organising the trade fair, such as registration system maintenance, as well some of the subsequent expenses.
When can I cancel without a charge?
You can cancel without having to pay for the booth until 16 September 2022.
If you cancel by that date, you will get all your money back, except the registration fee, which is obligatory and non-refundable.

What is the deadline for submitting booth plans if I book trade fair space without a ready-made booth?
The plans must be submitted by 14 October 2022.
What is the deadline for joining the e-catalog?
You can join until 14 October 2022.
What is the deadline for submitting a list of guests and speakers?
As  specified in section 9 (13) of the Terms and Conditions, you can submit a list of guests and speakers until 14 October 2022.
