On November 5–7, 2025, EXPO Kraków will once again host the International Hotel and Catering Equipment Trade Fair HORECA® (32nd edition) and the International Wine Trade Fair ENOEXPO® (22nd edition). This is one of the most important events in this part of Europe dedicated to the hospitality, catering, and wine industries. This year, the organizers have prepared a range of new features and surprises to make the fair even more diverse and inspiring.
What awaits us this year at the fair?
New technologies, eco-friendly solutions, smart devices, and products that can transform a restaurant, hotel, or café. As part of the Business Opportunities program, visitors will be able to test innovations and take advantage of special discount offers on goods and services. At the fair in Kraków, you can experience the true atmosphere of the HoReCa industry: premium coffee, unique products from different regions of Poland and around the world, wines and other beverages from many countries, and MasterClass tastings of Chilean, Serbian, Romanian, and Portuguese wines, among others. There will also be training sessions, workshops, and discussions on current industry topics, as well as opportunities to ask questions to experts from various fields and gain essential knowledge for business development.
Hospitality Reimagined – from Local to Innovative
The fair program, under the theme “Hospitality Reimagined – from Local to Innovative,” will focus on personalization and creating unique guest experiences. Speakers will highlight how local traditions can inspire and serve as the foundation for innovative concepts in hospitality and gastronomy. Visitors can look forward to meetings with managers of exceptional hotels and restaurants.
Under the Hospitality PRO initiative, in cooperation with partners Hotele Plus, Hotelowe SOS, and the Polish Chamber of Hotel Industry, a three-day series of free workshops, training sessions, and conferences will be held for owners, managers, and staff of hotels, guesthouses, and apartments. This will be a space for exchanging knowledge and experience, as well as a meeting point with experts who will show how to grow a business in a rapidly changing industry.

On November 6, visitors will have the chance to watch the final of Bocuse d’Or Poland 2025 – a prestigious culinary competition often called the “culinary world championships.” Top chefs will compete for the honor of representing Poland in the international finals. Guests will be able to follow the contest live, witnessing culinary artistry, passion, and creativity. The event will be hosted with his characteristic passion by Karol Okrasa.
Meanwhile, in the second hall, the finals of the SCA Poland Coffee Championships 2025 will take place over three days in three categories: Barista, Cup Tasters, and Coffee in Good Spirits. This competition, full of emotions, expertise, and aromatic experiences, showcases the latest coffee trends and attracts both enthusiasts and professionals.
The International Wine Trade Fair ENOEXPO® offers even more opportunities each year to discover unique flavors and meet producers from around the world. The 2025 edition, under the theme “Wine and Other Regional Flavors,” will not only feature wines but also other regional products.
A new feature will be the Vineyard Solutions Salon, where innovative technologies, equipment, and services supporting vineyard development will be presented. Additionally, guided tasting tours with renowned experts, “ENOEXPO® Flavor Trails,” will engage visitors in an immersive journey through the flavors and aromas presented by exhibitors.
HORECA® and ENOEXPO® combine business, inspiration, and passion.
It is here that professionals discover the latest trends, products, and solutions and establish contacts that lead to long-term partnerships. Prestigious competitions and championships add to the prestige of the event, attracting the attention of the entire industry.
That’s why it’s worth taking part – especially since entry is free for industry visitors who register online by November 4, 2025.
